Surrounding Area
Palm Beach Plantation is just south of Lake Worth north of Boyton Beach and just west of Lantana. Over 95% of the homes for miles to the west and south have been built in the last five years. All but one of those communities is gated with expensive homes. The nearest community to the north (The Fountains) and west (Winston Trails) are gated and built around golf courses. Lacuna golf courses is about a mile to the west.

We are close to the Florida Turnpike, I-95 and 15 minutes from some of the finest beaches in South Florida. Wellington Green Mall, and Boyton Beach Mall are only 10 minutes away. As are JFK Hospital and Wellington Regional Hospital, which are two of the best hospitals in South Florida.
